Shipping Policy

Economy: From $3.99, 4-8 business days, domestic only.

Standard: From $4.75, 2-5 business days domestic, 10-30 international.

Priority: Individually calculated, 2-3 days domestic, 3-5 days international.

Express: $7.99 + $2.40 per additional item, 2-3 days (production included), domestic only.

Upgrades: Standard may upgrade to Priority; Economy cannot be upgraded; Express must be selected initially.

Delivery may be to post office or parcel locker for Economy/Standard.

Processing time

Orders can take from 1-8 days to be prepared and shipped to their final destination. We are not responsible for carrier/weather delays. Tracking number will be sent to customer upon ordering. 

Damaged orders

Swagcitystl is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider. 

Shipping restrictions

The TSA has restrictions on what items can be shipped through air transportation in the U.S. As such, any unauthorized items for shipment may require a different shipping method.
